George Washington
Before he became known as the first President ever in the United States, George Washington would be known for fighting the in the beginnings of the French-Indian War as a commissioned Lieutenant colonel. He managed to survive four bullets wounds through his coat and having his horse shot down from underneath him. His bravery in fighting the French-Indian and surviving four bullet wounds makes him a courageous man.
